Welcome to Food Safety Systems, the new leader in providing industry with  an up-to-date, comprehensive, single-day food safety training and certification program.

Purpose: Food Safety Systems offers training services and technical assistance to provide a basic understanding of safe food handling practices/procedures at all levels (restaurant/foodservice, hospitality, etc.) while promoting public health.

Mission:  To offer and deliver effective training programs consistent with federal, state and local requirements which educate and help build a qualified public workforce adding value to industry while protecting public health.

Vision:  The food industry is the backbone of the American economy and the single largest private sector employer.  This industry supplies one of the three  basic needs (food, water, shelter) to sustain human life and is of global importance.  Recent current events have made the food industry one of the most scrutinized and regulated economic sectors.  Public interest from citizens and government officials alike have stressed the need for a worldwide safe food supply.  Food Safety Systems addresses this need by taking a systematic approach to food safety through education and risk management.

 

 

 

The 2011 FDA Food Code will require that all PICs complete a certified Food Manager Program/Class as designated by the CFP.  Please CALL NOW as classes are filling quickly.
